United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 17, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 17. “The Times” states that the Government has conceded the Conservative and Liberal demand that all Parties should be represented at the Indian Round Table Conference, which at present is fixed for November, though there is a possibility of the date being altered to the spring.
