Board for coal supplies. This money j should be kept here, especially in a i country undermined with coal. With j thousands of men idle, it was a crying ! shame. | It was mentioned that there were j large . stocks of accumulated coal at j Huntly. Mr Holdsworth said his Board . could get a limited supply of coal only j for 40 per cent, increased cost, i It was decided to urge upon the I Government the necessity of seeing , that reasonable supplies of coal are j available at a reasonable price in an i emergency such as this. ! It was also decided to urge the GcvI ernment immediately to carry on the , proposed steam plant at Huntly.
