DISREGARDED BY JAPAN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 11, 10.30 p.m.) TOKIO, July 10. Official protests to the Soviet, owing to the capture of Japanese vessels at Kanchatha and the wounding and killing of fishermen, receiving an unsatisfactory reply from Moscow, Baron Shidehara warned the Soviet Ambassador that Japan is taking measures to protect her interests. He refuted the Soviet allegations of poaching, and requested attention to the Japanese protests.
