PETER PAN'S CIRCLE RULES.

J 4* 7.—As prizes are awarded at the J X beginning of each month for * % the Most Interesting and Orig- J X inal Letters and the Good * 2 Scribes, Circlians are requested 4» X to post their letters to me at % J least one week before the end J 4* of the month.
