PROPOSED LONDON OFFICES FOR STUDENTS. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyrignt (Received July 8, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 7. Sir Thomas Wilford was amongst the distinguished guests who attended the “Establishment Dinner,” at which the Frince of Wales appealed for a £30,000 fund to establish London Offices, which would be for students from the Dominions, an international centre where they could obtain certain facilities for travel and study, waUst in England. The Prince stressed the necessity for such an organisation, and pointed cut that the English were naturally as kindly and hospitable as any. but wt re at to hide their kindness beneath an overwhelming ousuei of leserve. There was a certain ritual little understood by foreigners, which must be observed before'even the outer bounds of companionship were reached.
