RURAL CREDITS.
DEBENTURES AUTHORISED. By relegrapH-—Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 7. The Hon. G. W. Forbes announced to-day that he had approved of the first public issue of debentures of the Rural Intermediate Credit Board, necessitated by the absorption of £400,000, which was advanced from the Consolidated Fund to start the scheme.
