PLANS FOR NEXT CRUISE. United .Press Association—By Electric * Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, July 7. It has been definitely decided thac the “Discovery” will leave Hobart early in November on the second voyage to the Antarctic, and will return at the beginning of April. The decision was reached at a meeting of the British Australian-New Zealand Antarctic Expedition Committee.
