Sir Hubert Wilkins to-morrow win attend the presentation at the American Museum of Natural History, to the American Inter-planetary Society of a book, "Discovery of a New Worl<V’ the discourse tending to prove that there may be a habitable world in the moon, and concerning the possibilities of a passage thither. The book was written in 1640 by the explorer’s ancestor, John Wilkins, Bishop of Chester, several of whose ideas on Antarctic meteorology, Sir Hubert Wilkins worked out from the Bishop's manuscripts.
