ENROLMENT OF YOUTH OF ITALY. (United Press Association—By j'iectrle Telegraph— CopvriEht.) ROME, April 27. Ninety thousand blackshirted, armed, youths, between fifteen and eighteen years, have been enrolled in the Evanguardisti of Junior Fascists, throughout Italy. One hundred and ten thousand boys under fifteen years were simultaneously enrolled as Ballillis, which is a sort of military Boy Scouts.
