RAIL AND ROAD SERVICES RESUMED. By Telegraph—Pre«e AiaoclaMoa. NELSON, April 10. The flood waters in Moutere district quickly disappeared, and all services are running as usual to-day. The Spooner’s range tunnel has been cleared, and train services were resumed. At Harake (Lower Moutere) 8.65 inches of rain were recorded on Wednesday morning up to nine o’clock. The greatest portion fell between two and four.
