WORST STORMS IN HISTORY.
WIDESPREAD DAMAGE IN AUSTRALIA. (United Press Association—By Sleotrlt Telegr apli—Copyright.) PERTH, April 9 The worst storm in the history of ti.e State did great damage along the wheat belt. Thirty farms in North Bungulla and the adjoining district were devastated by a wall of water eight feet high which swept the locality after a cloud burst had filled the* creeks to over-flowing. At one spot hail piled against a fence to a height of three feet. Farmers are seeking Government- aid in effecting repairs, and are urging that the unemployed might be sent to do the work.
