With the arrival to-morrow evening of the first members of the Byrd Expedition, who are bringing nineteen miles of cinema film for exhibition here, great interest has been aroused by the annbuncement that the Government has ruled that all the film enters without duty under the rule that the South Pole and Little America is not a “freight country.”
