BUSH TRAGEDY.
REVEALED BY BLACK TRACKER. (United Press Association—By Electric telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, April 8. One of the most gruesome tragedies in the annals of the bush was revealed when black trackers searching for J. Ezzett, who disappeared from his homestead near Croydon in February, found a heap of bones and torn clothing, which have been identified as Ezzett’s.
It appears that Ezzett had been chasing bullocks when his saddle girth broke and he was thrown heavily. The horse made off and Ezzett collapsed and died. His bones were picked clean and everything points to dingoes having ravaged the body.
