KIDNAPPING OF RUSSIAN GENERAL. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received April 7, 6.30 p.m.) PARIS, April 6. The Prefect of Police has informed the Municipal Council that the circumstances of General Koutepoff’s kidnapping are now known, but there is no certainty as to the identity of the perpetrators or the General’s fate in Moscow.
