MINE EXPLOSION.
THIRTEEN KILLED IN BELGIUM. (United Press Association—By Electrle Telegraph—Copyright.) BRUSSELS, April 4. Thirteen were killed and eight injured in a fire-damp explosion at a coal mine at Elouges, following the firing of a charge of dynamite. The King of the Belgians has ordered a full inquiry.
