WEDDING FROCKS
NEW FREEDOM. The new freedom in style is accentuated perhaps more noticeably in the sleeves and decolette than in any other detail of feminine dreJj. There are still many highnecked and long-sleeved wedding dresses, but there are almost as many with a soft decolette and short sleeves. These may end at the elbow with a valance or flounce, or sometimes are cut even shorter. The neck-lines, with their soft decolette, are often built up with chiffon or georgette, which also can be removed, making the dress entirely suitable for dinner and evening wear. Then, of course, there is the frock planned with a pair of long sleeves, which are removable, and a high neck which can easily be taken out, though it seems part of the dress at its first and most important wearing.
