KEEN INTEREST IN AMERICA. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received March 16, 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 16. Great scientific popular interest has been aroused by the discovery of a new planet. It is pointed out that Professor Lowell was correct within six degrees of forecasting the position of the body. It is estimated the planet is four billion miles from the earth, and life, if it exists thereon, must be different to terrestrial life, since it is believed the nitrogen and oxygen are in solid form there.
