VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS. (United Press Association—By Elec trio lelegrapix—OoDvricht ) MELBOURNE. March 16. (Received March 16, 5.5 p.m.) R. Jelbert won the sculling championship of Victoria, from C. Peffer, by several lengths, over a course of 2£ miles. Time—l7min 462 sec. The Champion Eights were won by Mercantile, from Richmond, with Hawthorne third.
