CASUALTIES.
FATALLY INJURED BY OAR. By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, February 23. Fatal injuries were received by David Ainslie, an elderly man who was knocked down by a motor-car in Gittos Street, Parnell, shortly after one o’clock on Saturday afternoon. Ainslie was picked up in an unconscious condition, and died in hospital at ten o’clock on Saturday night. Deceased leaves a widow and one child.
