SOLICITOR CONVERTS LARGE SUM. (United Press Association—By Elactrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) BRISBANE, February 21. Robert M’Cowan, a solicitor, was committed for trial on a charge of converting £3150 of his clients’ money to his own use. Accused told a detective that bookmakers got most of it.
