REBEL TRIBESMEN
ELDERS’ LAST CHANCE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) DELHI, February 20. Nadir Khan is taking swift action against the Shihwari tribesmen, who participated in the recent revolt at Torkham, and the tribal elders have been informed that unless the rebels surrender within three days, 4000 Afghan regulars, armed with machine guns, who now surround the Shinwari country, will attack.
