WHAT NEXT?
A MODERN CRAZE. In Paris, where most of the very modern crazes start, there is a very, very new one, and this is to be tattooer. Beautiful and chic Parisiennes have gone mad about this new notion, and are being permanently “marked” on their arms and back by- a famous Japanese artist. His tatooing is not the ordinary bluedrawing of some object, but a wonderful picture, in miniature, in lots of rich colours. One well-known Parisian actress has had a snake tattooed on her arm, and several other women have endured the pain of having a cat’s head reproduced.
