NOTES. The Breeze is expected on Monday, when she should load consignments for Wellington and Wanganui. The Calm is scheduled to arrive at Timaru about next Wednesday, to load general cargo for her usual northern ports. From Dunedin, to lift cargo at Timaru for Wellington. Nelson and New Plymouth, the Kahika is listed to arrive about February 27. To discharge cargo loaded at Auckland, at Timaru. and then to lift consignments for Wellington and Auckland. the Wingatui is listed to call on Wednesday next. The Gale, from Oamaru. should arrive on February 28, to lift general cargo for the north. The Waipahi is due here on March 4. to load cargo for Wellington, Napier and Gisborne. Overseas. The Canadian Challenger, which arrived here on Thursday, sailed yesterday for Boston and Halifax, via Lyttelton. The Port Denison, now in port, is due to sail for Home ports to-day, via Lyttelton. She loaded a cargo of frozen meat and general merchandise at Timaru. The Anglo-Canadian arrived yesterday, and loaded wool for Dunkirk. She sailed last evening for that port, via Lyttelton. The Coptic, from Wellington, should arrive here to-morrow. She will commence loading frozen meat and general cargo for Home ports on Monday. The Westmoreland, from Wellington, is scheduled to arrive here on Monday next. She will load general merchandise for London, and will also discharge a quantity of cargo here. She will sail finally for Home ports from Wellington on March 6. The Port Brisbane is listed to arrive here on February 25, to discharge general cargo from London. She will proceed to New Plymouth, via Lyttelton. The Mamilius js listed to arrive at Timaru about February -27, to load frozen meat, dairy produce and general cargo for London. The Valacia, from New York, via New Zealand ports, is expected at Timaru on March 10. She will discharge and load general cargo, and will then proceed to Dunedin. The Northumberland on March 13 and the Rumera on March 21 are both scheduled to load frozen meat and general cargo for London and Continental ports. The Canadian Explorer and the Canadian Transporter, both from Halifax, are expected at Timaru, via ports, on March 21 and April 20, respectively.
