OBITUARY
C. W. GARRARD. By Telesrauh —Pre»« Association. AUCKLAND, February 21. Mr C. W. Garrard, Senior Inspector of Schools in the Auckland Education District, died to-night after an illness extending over a week. He was aged 62 and was to retire at the end of next month. (Mr C. W. Garrard was a native of Christchurch, and was a brother oi Mr W. C. Garrard. He was the father of the Auckland representative cricketer.)
