MIGRANTS TO AFRICA
JEWS OPPOSE QUOTA PROPOSAL. (United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright.) CAPETOWN, February 4. Jews throughout South Africa are protesting against the Immigration Quota Bill. Colonel Josiah Wedgwood, *M.P., who is visiting the Union, addressed a meeting of Zionists at Capetown, and denounced the Bill, urging the Jews to “stand no nonsense.” The Press severely rebukes him for meddling in South African affairs, and criticising pending legislation.
