ARRESTS FOR CONSPIRACY. (United Press Association -By Electrla Telegrapn—Copyright.) (Received October 31, 7.30 pjn.) MOSCOW, October 30. Of 129 Astrakhan officials, including several women, who have been arrested on charges of corruption, fourteen were sentenced to death, 109 to various terms of imprisonment, and six were acquitted.
