The chess tournament at Karlsbad, which lasted for a month, and is described as the greatest of modem times, resulted:— Niemzowitsch (Russian) fifteen points 1. Capablanca and Spielmann with 14 i points each, equal second. The others % were : —Rubinstein 131 points. Vidmar, Euwe, Becker 12 points, Bogoljubow 11 points.
