BATHING CAPS.
Bathing caps grow more and more decorative we are told by an Englishwoman, and the newest examples are not made of rubber, but of stockinette, to match the costumes. The material is bound tightly round the head, leaving two ears, and giving the impression of a neat flying cap. and matches the simple swimming suit in colours of beige and green. Whether the caps are as smart in the water as out of it, and whether they keep the hair dry, remains to be discovered.
