FINED FOR DISORDERLINESS. By Telecraph—Prass Association. WELLINGTON, August 23. Singing in the early hours of Sunday morning and making a noise in the streets of Seatoun, was characterised by Mr Page. S.M., to-day, as constituting disorderly behaviour on the part of five youths, each of whom he fined £2/10/-.
