I ACCUSED FURTHER REMANDED. i By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 22. | Appearing for the third time In the Police Court, Annie Elizabeth Cubis (40), was charged with the murder on I August sth, of her twin boys, Timothy Brian Cubis and William Cubis. She was remanded until August 29. Making his fourth appearance in the Police Court on a charge of murdering Thomas Leavy, on August 2nd, George Caffrey, labourer, aged 33, was remanded for a week.
