LEAVING AUSTRALIA.
DEPARTURES EXCEED ARRIVALS. (United Press Association— By Electrie Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, August 21. For the first time in many years the number of persons leaving Australia exceeded in the last six months the number of arrivals. The excess of departures over arrivals occurred particularly among Italians and Southern Europeans.
