MEAT BOARD.
ELECTORAL COMMITTEE FORMED By Telegraph- 'Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 21. The Returning Officer announces the result of the postal ballot for the purpose of electing to the Electoral Committee, which meets in Wellington on 29th. August to elect three producers’ representatives on the Meat Board. An election was not necessary in the districts of Gisborne, Wairarapa, Marlborough-Nelson, South Canterbury and Otago, as the delegates nominated did not exceed the number required. The full personnel of the Electoral Committee is as follows: Auckland —F. R. Seddon (Hamilton), H. E. Worsp (Whangarei). Gisborne —E. R. Black (Gisborne), J. C. Field (Gisborne). Hawke’s Bay—E. Averill (Hastings), R. S. Chadwick (Dannevirke), J. H. Joll (Havelock North), A. V. S. Reed (Puketapu). West Coast—K. W. Dalrymple (Bulls), J. Knight (Feilding), A. Stuart (Marton). Wairarapa—J. M. Jones (Masterton), M. McLeod (Martinborough). Marlborough - Nelson - Westland —A. L. Latter (Renwick), T. Morrin (Seddon). North and Mid-Canterbury—L. R. C. MacFarlane (Culverden), C. Mclntosh (Rangiora), R. Morton (Tai Tapu). South Canterbury—G. A. M. Macdonald (Orari), J. Trotter (Fairlie). Otago District —J. Begg (Dunedin), J. D. Revie (Crookston), D. J. Ross (Hillgrove). Southland —A. S. Holmes (Waimahaka), H. Smith (Waikaka Valley).
