BESIEGED BY REBELS
PERSIAN TROOPS IN TROUBLE. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Tel egr aph—Copyright.) LONDON, July 28. A message from Teheran states that Government troops are besieged at Safid-dasht by rebel Dakhtiaris. It is reported that they have lost contact with headquarters and it is feared that they have surrendered or have been captured.
