The death is announced of Mr Charles Dorman, director of Messrs DormanLong, and Sir Arthur Dorman’s heir. REV. L. THOMPSON. By Telegraph—Pren Association. AUCKLAND, March 1. The death is announced of the Rev. Lawrence Thompson, M.A., Presbyterian Minister. His last permanent charge was Carterton, although later suppling at Islaud Bay, Wellington. Mr Thompson took bis degree at Otago ’Varsity, and Mas trained at the Theological Hall, Dunedin. His wife is Principal of the Girls’ College, Solway, Masterton.
