WEATHER OUTLOOK.
To the Editor of the ‘‘Timaru Herald.“ Sir, —"We have been getting remarkably good weather for the harvest; still, the country is in need of rain just now. It seems to me from my observations, those conditions that we have been getting will continue for some time. Yet I think April will be warm and dry. I may say this good climate is explained by the fact that we have no strange meterological conditions to contend with, like other parts of the world, 60 then we need not fear that we are going to get a drought this year.—l am, etc*.
