OUTLAWING OF WAR.
BRITISH MINISTER’S VIEWS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 27. Sir Austen Chamberlain, speaking- at a dinner given at Birmingham by the Anglo-French Society, said the Government would look with particular favour upon any proposal for the outlawry of war coming from the United States. Such a suggestion from a nation which had hitherto stood aloof from similar questions was too valuable not to be regarded with favour.
