From beach frocks to beach pyjamas may seem a far cry to ho iday-makers at English coast resorts, yet the lamou.s Paris dress-makers are preparing lor a big development, of the Lido silk pyjama fashion. And on English beaches next year. Who knows? Many orders are reaching Paris from America for two-piece bathing costumes of elaborate variety and startling colours. Some of the well-known houses are specialising in knee-length shorts md belted jumpers and others on the monogrammed shirt and “track trousers.” Sun-ba thing gowns are in dazz’ing variety.
