DOMINION CONGRESS. By Telegraph— Association. WELLINGTON, May 2. The Salvation Army is holding a Dominion Congress byre, it which over 400 members assembled, presided ovci by Commissioner Hnv. Resolutions were pissed den'ing with worldliness and frivolity, drunkenness drugs, gambling, including art unions and the tote, maintenanre of Suudr.v School activities, more decided evangelism and opplitaliens of measures likely to succeed in saving men and women, and finally an effort to increase the Army 20 per cent by next Christmas. Large public meetings and children’s demonstrations are included in the programme of the Congress, which will last till Wednesday.
