The Berlin, correspondent of “Tho Times” says that all parties criticise the Disarmament Conference as a fiasco, a comedy and a pitiful spectacle. Tho Nationalists declare that Germany’s claim for a general reduction of armaments, following on disarmament in accordance with the Treaty of Versailles, has been ignored. They recall the statement of Dr. Gessler (German Minister of "War) that either others must disarm or Germany must re-arm.
