ANNUAL MEETING. By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 6. At the annual meeting of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, the chairman, Mr H. E. Yaile, referring to the Sir Arthur Pearson Memorial Fund said it now amounted to £62,000. This revenue enabled them to give practical help to blind people all over the Dominion, financing them into businesses, trades, farms and homes, and solving difficulties which formerly would have effectually prevented many Wind persons from becoming established in independence. Their activ.ties under this fund were legion, and the results deeply gratifying. Tile administration of the director, Mr Clutha Mackenzie, was praised by the Hon. George Fowkl.s, reference being made to recent, criticism. The two retiring members of the board of l"uste' , s. Messrs FT. E. Yaile and F. IV. Wake, were re-elected by an overwhelming majority as follows: —Yaile 104 votes, Wake 101. Covton Aldis 17,
