An unknown assassin, avlio lias assaulted and strangled giils aged 3 to 6 yeaivs every six months for the past three years, repeated the outrage on March 13, and disappeai-ed. One hundred police are searching. Many suspects have been aiTested, hundreds of bouses were visited, and bloodhounds used.
