AA r earing a Marshal’s uniform, instead of the present corporal’s jacket, Signor Mussolini will appear as Generalissimo of the whole army in a great review on October 22, the fourth anniversary of the march on Rome. The Grand Council has ratified the new status c”f Signor Mussolini, who is now supreme head of the naval, army and aviation forces. Though he did not attend a military school, Signor Mussolini is acknowledged to be an accomplished soldier aud strategist.
