Mr F. L. Wooles. Wind strong, south to south-east; weather much colder,.with further rain and snow in the Mackenzie Country. Djominion Meteorologist. . Present indications are for increasing north-westerly to south-westerly winds, stormy weather with rain probable generally, and heavy on the West Coast and southern" districts; barometer falling everywhere.
