In the Magistrate's Court, Bernard William Irwin (37) pleaded net, guilty to Hie t.lieft of £323, the property nf the creditors nf the estate of ’ AV. Grossman and Co.' Aroused was one of two trustees appointed hy the ereditors to dispose of assets and collect debts. ft is alleged that he withdrew the moneys from the trust amount and failed to amount for same to his cotnistee or other ereditors. Accused was committed for trial, bail being fixed in the sum of .£'4oo and one oilier surety of £4OO, or two of £2OO.
