A proposal is to bo discussed at a meeting of the "Wanganui Rugby Union, to increase the gate charges at Spriggens Park, Wanganui, by an extra 3d, so as to provide a fund to adequately insure players against accident. The scheme will Ihen be submitted to the Metropolitan Sub-Union.
