'timaru, on April 27, when Kate Ellen, third daughter ot Ah and Airs Robert Russell, Alaori i Hill, was inarr.ed to Gerald Aluir, j eldest son oi Air and Airs James Ora-| bum, Gore. The Rev. P. South Canterbury Jockey Club s autumn meeting left little to be desired, brilliant sunshine and an absence of wind being responsible lor the re-appearance of many a summer frock..
