FRANC SLUMPS AGAIN.
Belgium and France Involved. WHAT IS THE CAUSE? By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Router's Telegrams. (Received March 16, 7.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 15. French and Belgian francs on London closed respectively at 134.75 and 116.87. The market is puzzled. The slump is attributed to the cessation of the Belgian Government’s support and the result of the hitch in negotiations in London and New York for the advance of credits to Belgium.
