Father Miele, who, with Papal con sent in 1919, published a book dealing with temporal power and conciliation, contributes to the newspaper ‘Tribuna,” an important article setting out the terms upon which the Papacy tyould settle the disputes with the Italian Government.
Father Miele suggests the constitution within Rome of a small State, completely subject to the Pope’s rule, and declares that negotiations are proceeding.
