TOWN TEAM v. FAIRLIE. A team frpm the South Canterbury lawn Tenuis Association wont to Fairlie on Wednesday, and played a match against the Fairlie Club. The visitoi's were very hospitably entertained and had a thoroughly enjoyable day. At the conclusion of the match, the president of the Fairlie Club (Mr IT. A. LeCren) expressed the pleasure which the match had afforded the Fairlie Club, and said they looked upon it as an honour to be visited by a team from the Association.
