ARRANGEMENTS AT WELLINGTON

WELLINGTON, July 18. Two of the American battleships wiH be berthed at the new wharf where the Hood lay, and some of the smaller vessels will be tied up to the- adjoining brent twork. The sports for the men will he confined to baseball, basketball and boxing, in the form of a tournament, ship against ship. The Town Hall will bo used for dancing every night. One of the big sheds on the waterfront will bo fitted un for the reception of 1000 men per night, who have shore leave. _ Another building near the wharves will bo fitted as a chib and iouhge room.
